Build with us.
Open roles below. We hire small, hire dense, and ship.
Engineering
Deployed Engineer
Embed with customers and put Agent Etna into production inside their stack. You will spend most of your time inside other people's repositories, learning their CI, their review process, and the specific way their agent is supposed to behave. This is the role for strong engineers who like field work, not strong field engineers who can code on the side.
What you'll do
- Lead deployment of Agent Etna at customer accounts from kick-off to first signed fix in production.
- Sit alongside customer engineering teams; understand their agent, their tests, their failure modes.
- Translate field reality back to the engineering team: which features customers actually use, which they bypass, which are missing.
- Own the integration surface: GitHub, MCP, CI gates, the customer's existing observability.
We are looking for
- 4+ years building production systems, ideally including time on a small team where the line between product and customer is thin.
- Comfort jumping into unfamiliar codebases and shipping the right change without asking permission for every line.
- Strong written communication. Most of the relationship will happen in PRs and Linear comments.
Partner Deployed Engineering
Lead deployed engineering for our largest strategic accounts. You will own the technical relationship with a small portfolio of customers, set the standard for what "in production" looks like across the company, and translate field signal back into product priorities.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end deployment for two or three strategic accounts at a time.
- Co-design the integration with customer engineering leadership: what gates, what reviewers, what rollback policy.
- Run quarterly technical reviews with customer principals. Be the person they trust when something is wrong.
- Mentor the rest of deployed engineering. Set the standard for what "good" looks like.
We are looking for
- 7+ years of production engineering experience, with at least two of those in a customer-facing senior role (solutions architecture, deployed engineering, technical PM at an infra company).
- You have seen enterprise procurement, security review, and SOC 2 questionnaires before, and you can navigate them without burning the customer relationship.
- Bias toward closing loops. We do not need someone who organises problems into JIRA tickets; we need someone who closes them.
DevOps Engineer
Own the infrastructure that runs Agent Etna in production. CI/CD, observability, on-call rotation, performance, cost. The work is concrete: keep the platform fast, keep deploys boring, and make the next failure easier to debug than the last one.
What you'll do
- Own the production environment end-to-end: provisioning, deployment, observability, incident response.
- Reduce time-to-deploy and time-to-rollback. Both numbers should be small and trending down.
- Run the on-call rotation. Write runbooks that survive contact with a 3 a.m. page.
- Drive infrastructure cost as a first-class metric. Cost-per-customer should be a known number you can defend.
We are looking for
- 5+ years operating production systems at a SaaS or infrastructure company.
- Deep knowledge of one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and a healthy disrespect for vendor lock-in.
- You have run an incident in the last twelve months and can describe what you did wrong before what you did right.
Security Engineer
Own the security posture of Agent Etna as a product and as a company. Lead internal red-teaming, manage the vendor security review surface, run the bug-bounty programme, and own the SOC 2 attestation. This is a hands-on role — code review, threat modelling, incident response — not a compliance one.
What you'll do
- Threat-model new features before they ship; block the ones that need more work.
- Run our internal red team. Find what we missed before customers do.
- Own SOC 2, the bug-bounty programme, vendor security reviews, and customer security questionnaires.
- Be the security counterpart on customer enterprise deals; reduce the cycle time on security review.
We are looking for
- 5+ years of application or product security at a software company.
- You have shipped non-trivial code in the last year. We do not want a pure auditor.
- Familiarity with the OWASP LLM Top 10 and the specific failure modes of agent systems is a strong plus.
Sales
Account Director — USA
Build and own our pipeline across the United States. Sell Agent Etna to engineering leadership at companies that already ship AI agents to real users. The product is technical, the sale is consultative, and the cycle is short by enterprise standards because the value is measurable on the second test run.
What you'll do
- Own the US pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demo, technical evaluation, procurement, close.
- Work directly with the founder on positioning, pricing, and the specific way each deal needs to be structured.
- Stay close to deployed engineering. The sale does not end at the signed contract; it ends at the first signed fix in production.
We are looking for
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a measurable track record selling technical products to engineering buyers.
- You have closed deals north of $250k ACV before, and you have lost deals at that size for reasons you can articulate.
- Comfort with a product that is still being shaped. You will surface real product issues to the team weekly.
Account Director — Europe
Open the European market. We do not have customers there yet; we have inbound interest, a data-residency story under way, and a founder willing to fly with you to close the first ten accounts.
What you'll do
- Build pipeline across the UK, DACH, the Nordics, and Benelux.
- Navigate European procurement: GDPR, sub-processor disclosures, data residency, vendor-risk review.
- Land the first reference customer in each major sub-region within twelve months.
We are looking for
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a track record across multiple European markets.
- Working fluency in at least one major European language alongside English.
- You understand that European enterprise procurement is not slower — it is different. You have learned the difference.
Account Director — MENA
Build our presence across the Middle East and North Africa. The region is investing heavily in agentic AI and our diligence has surfaced real demand. We are looking for someone who already has the network to convert that interest into the first cohort of paying customers.
What you'll do
- Build pipeline across the GCC and the wider MENA region; spend whatever time you need on the ground.
- Work with sovereign-cloud, vendor-risk, and procurement processes that differ meaningfully from the US.
- Bring back local product requirements (residency, language, billing currency) the rest of the team needs to hear.
We are looking for
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a clear track record in MENA.
- Working fluency in Arabic and English.
- Existing relationships with engineering leadership and procurement at the region's larger tech-buyers.
Account Director — APAC
Build pipeline across Asia-Pacific. The region's biggest engineering teams are some of the heaviest agent-shipping organisations on earth. The market is not uniform; we expect this role to sequence Singapore, Japan, Australia, and Korea differently and to be honest about which order makes sense.
What you'll do
- Build pipeline across APAC; pick the right entry market and defend the sequencing.
- Work with engineering leadership at companies that already ship multilingual agents at scale.
- Manage the time-zone friction between APAC accounts and an SF-based engineering team without dropping deals on the floor.
We are looking for
- 7+ years of enterprise sales in APAC with experience selling developer infrastructure.
- Working fluency in at least one major regional language alongside English.
- You are comfortable being the person who flies twelve hours each way to close a deal.
Account Director — Enterprise
Own our largest, most complex deals globally. Multi-year contracts, security review, procurement, the works. A typical deal is a six-figure ACV pilot that becomes a seven-figure standardisation contract over twelve to eighteen months. The role reports to the founder for now.
What you'll do
- Run a small portfolio of strategic accounts — four to eight at any time.
- Own the full enterprise motion: champion development, executive sponsorship, security review, legal redlines, procurement, close.
- Negotiate multi-year contracts that align Agent Etna's incentives with the customer's. We are not interested in deals that look good on the quarter but rotten in year three.
We are looking for
- 10+ years of enterprise sales with multiple closed deals at $1M+ ACV.
- A clear pattern of building economic buyer relationships at the CIO, CISO, or CTO level.
- Comfort being the most patient adult in the room when a deal stalls.
Administrative
Head of HR
Lead People Operations from scratch. Hiring pipeline, compensation philosophy, performance, equity, immigration, the founding HRBP layer. The job is to keep a small, dense team functioning as it doubles, then doubles again, without becoming the kind of company that has to be told to do hard things politely.
What you'll do
- Build and operate our hiring pipeline: sourcing, interview design, scoring rubrics, offer ladders.
- Design compensation and equity bands that reflect what we are and what we expect.
- Own immigration, benefits, payroll vendor selection, and the practical realities of being a US employer.
- Coach managers as the company scales past the size where the founder can know everyone by their commit history.
We are looking for
- 8+ years in HR / People at a high-growth technology company, with at least three years owning the function end-to-end.
- Bias toward shipping policy in writing. Verbal commitments do not scale; written ones do.
- You are willing to disagree with the founder on people decisions, and you are right often enough that the disagreement is welcome.
Revenue Operations
Own the systems and analytics behind revenue: forecasting, pipeline reporting, attribution, comp plans, the CRM. You will work directly with sales leadership and the CEO on the numbers everyone else reads.
What you'll do
- Run the weekly forecast. Defend it.
- Design and administer the CRM (likely Salesforce or HubSpot) so it reflects how we actually sell, not how the vendor wants us to.
- Build sales-comp plans that pay for the behaviour we want and not the behaviour that is easy to game.
- Own pipeline analytics: stage conversion, time-in-stage, lost-deal post-mortems.
We are looking for
- 5+ years in RevOps, sales operations, or finance-adjacent analytics at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong SQL, strong spreadsheet hygiene, opinions about CRM data model design.
- You have killed a metric that everyone liked because it was misleading. You can describe how that conversation went.
Head of Finance
Run Finance for an early-stage venture-backed startup. Burn, runway, FP&A, monthly close, payroll, tax, audit prep, equity administration, board reporting. As we scale, the role scales with you.
What you'll do
- Own the model. Burn, runway, and unit economics should be a number you can defend to investors and to engineering.
- Run a clean monthly close with the right level of GAAP rigour for our stage.
- Manage outside vendors: auditors, tax, equity administrators, banks.
- Be the person the CEO trusts on capital decisions, not the person who delivers spreadsheets after the decision is made.
We are looking for
- 8+ years in Finance with at least three at a venture-backed SaaS company.
- Experience preparing for a Series A or B round; experience surviving the diligence is the credential we will check first.
- You have presented to a board and changed a director's mind. We are not interested in pure scribes.
CEO Office Analyst
Sit in the CEO's office. You will run the analytical work that informs the most consequential decisions the company makes: pricing, hiring, geographic expansion, fundraising. The role is high-leverage and short-tenure by design — most CEO Office Analysts move into a line role within eighteen months.
What you'll do
- Own short-fuse analyses the CEO needs before a board meeting, a fundraise, or a contentious hire.
- Build the models and memos that frame the company's biggest decisions; defend them to the team.
- Sit in on every meeting that matters and write the version of what was decided that everyone agrees on afterwards.
We are looking for
- 3+ years in a top-tier analytical role: management consulting, investment banking, equity research, or a chief-of-staff position at a technology company.
- Quantitative background and a writing sample that does not need to be re-edited before it leaves the building.
- Comfort with ambiguity. The work is "figure out what the right question is, then answer it" more often than "answer this question".
If you think the work you do matters here and you do not see a role posted, email contact@agentetna.com with a short note on what you would do and why.
